What we store
Your email address and the Fresh Start Lists and Great Divide inventories you create. Data is stored with access rules so that only your account can read or change your records.
Shared Fresh Start List links
Anyone with a Fresh Start List link can view that list's items and mark them reserved or purchased. They cannot see your other lists, your account, or anything in The Great Divide. You can deactivate a link at any time.
AI value helper
When you request a suggestion or send a message, relevant item details, household and person names, and recent conversation messages are sent to the AI service through Lovable. Conversations are saved to your account until you clear them or delete the inventory. Avoid including sensitive personal information in messages or item descriptions. AI suggestions are not live market prices and may be inaccurate; you choose whether to save an estimate.
Retention and deletion
You can delete individual items, lists and inventories, and clear saved AI conversations. Deleting an inventory also removes its items and chat history. Account deletion, provider retention details and a privacy contact are pending professional review; no specific provider retention period is promised by this prototype.
The Great Divide is private
Household inventories are only visible to the signed-in account that created them. They are never exposed through Fresh Start List links.
Valuations are estimates
Figures in The Great Divide are estimates you enter or accept from the AI value helper. They are estimates only and are not legal, financial or professional valuations. Balancing amounts are illustrative and do not reflect how a court or mediator would divide assets.
